Inspecting and managing

• /backup list - the manual backups (x of 5) and the automatic ones (x of 11), newest first: date, creator (or "automatic"), note, scope and size - and whether automatic backups are on. When the manual limit is reached, it marks the one replaced next. If the newest backup is older than 30 days, a ⏰ reminder suggests creating a fresh one.
• /backup info id: - for backups of this server: date, creator, note and scope right away; Show contents decrypts it and lists categories with channels, roles and settings. Backups of other servers reveal nothing.
• /backup delete id: - owner only, with a confirmation. Only backups of this server. Blocked while a backup is being created or loaded.
• /backup check - a readiness check with a hint for every problem:
  • Administrator permission (without it: which areas aren't backed up)
  • Roles above the bot's role
  • Channels the bot can't read (their messages aren't backed up)
  • Whether automatic backups are on
  • Age of the newest backup (none / older than 30 days)
  • Who the server owner is (the only one who can load, repair, undo and delete, create transfer codes and switch automatic backups)
